This website summarises and displays the Project Team’s findings from research activities undertaken during the 10 week Discovery project. The information is broken down into the following areas:
14 Opportunities - opportunities for improvements - derived from 217 research insights, grouped into 9 themes.
6 Alpha projects -the "Alpha" phase follows Discovery - prototypes of new services and solutions to the problems we learnt about during Discovery are built and tested.
5 "Quick win" pilots - these pilots were run during the discovery phase to try to deliver improvements to the Children's Social Care Admin Review team quickly.
